Solo Base Rate (Experienced) -
Starting Pay
With less than 1 yr experience $0.25 per mile
With 1 (one) year verifiable experience $0.28 per mile
With 2 (two) years verifiable experience $0.29 per mile
With 3 (three) years verifiable experience $0.30 per mile
With Up to a maximum of $0.35 per mile
+.02 Safety/Idle Bonus

Requirements -
A tandem-axle tractor with sleeper. Capable of carrying net weight loads of 46,000 pounds(minimum). Maximum running weight of 19,000 pounds with 100 gallons of fuel. Tractor must pass a pre-hire inspection and DOT/Safety inspection by our maintenance department.
Compensation Benefits -
$.83 cents per mile loaded and empty (dispatched) miles.
100% of Fuel Surcharge is passed on to contractor
Pickup and drop pay.
Load and unload pay
Company Assisted fuel and tax reporting.
Highway tolls and bridges paid.

Progressive mileage rate increases until $0.28 per mile is reached at the one (1) year anniversary date and annual increases there after until a maximum of $0.35 per mile is reached |
